📦 ABOUT THE PRODUCT

What are the trailers made of?

Commercial-grade construction built for daily food service. Work surfaces, sinks and the exhaust hood are stainless steel, and every interior surface is smooth and easy to clean — exactly what health inspectors look for.

Is the equipment certified?

Yes. Your trailer is built with certified commercial kitchen equipment — the same grade used in restaurant kitchens. Every unit also comes with NHTSA certification so it's legal on US highways, and we hand you the paperwork you'll need to register it and get your permits.

What equipment comes included?

36-inch commercial griddle, 2-burner stove, 5-liter deep fryer, 8-foot stainless steel sink with 3 compartments plus a separate handwashing sink, 8-foot exhaust hood with industrial extractor, 3-insert Bain-Marie, boiler with pressurizing pump, stove gas tank, certified water tanks (30-gallon fresh and 40-gallon waste), 1-ton mini-split AC and heater, exterior circus lighting, Bluetooth stereo, generator cage, and full trailer chassis with axles and 4 tires. Need something extra for your menu? We'll add it.

Do you have trailers ready to deliver now?

Often, yes. We usually keep finished units on the floor that are already built and certified. If you're in a hurry — a season starting, an event coming up — ask us what's available today and you can skip the 2-week build. Stock changes every week, so message us to confirm.

Does it have the sinks health inspectors require?

Yes. Your trailer comes with an 8-foot stainless steel sink with 3 compartments — wash, rinse, sanitize — plus a separate handwashing sink in the prep area. Hot and cold water under pressure at every sink.

Are the water tanks sized correctly for inspection?

Yes. Your trailer comes with a 30-gallon fresh water tank and a 40-gallon waste water tank, both permanently installed. Health departments require the waste tank to be larger than the fresh tank — yours exceeds that requirement, so you won't have an issue at inspection.

Will my trailer pass health inspection?

That's what we build for. Your trailer comes with a permanently installed 30-gallon fresh water tank and 40-gallon waste tank, hot and cold running water at every sink, a 3-compartment sink plus a separate handwashing sink in the prep area, and commercial cooking equipment installed to spec. Requirements vary by city, so send us your local checklist before we build and we'll make sure your unit matches it.

Can I customize the design?

Absolutely. We're manufacturers, not resellers — so we can build your trailer in any color, with your logo, and with full custom wrapping. We can also modify the interior layout to match your menu and workflow. Pizza oven? Smoker? Double fryer? Extra cold storage? Just tell us what you need.

Why are your trailers so much cheaper than US builders?

Because we manufacture in Mexico, where production costs are significantly lower — but materials and equipment are commercial-grade. Your trailer is NHTSA certified. The kitchen is built with certified commercial kitchen equipment. The only difference is where it's built. With 500+ trailers exported to the US, our process is dialed in.

💰 BUYING PROCESS

How does the buying process work?

1) Contact us and tell us what you need. 2) We send you a detailed quote including shipping to your city. 3) You confirm with a 50% wire transfer that secures your production slot. 4) We build your trailer in about 2 weeks and send you daily photos and video. 5) When it's finished, you see the final walkthrough video. 6) We deliver to your city and you pay the remaining 50% in cash on arrival — with 10% off the total. 7) You start making money.

What payment methods do you accept?

Two payments. First, 50% by wire transfer to secure your production slot and start the build. Then the remaining 50% in cash when we deliver your trailer. Paying the balance in cash gets you 10% off the total price. You'll see daily photos and video of your trailer throughout the build, so by the time you pay the balance you already know exactly what you're getting.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted separately based on your city. It depends on the distance from our plant in Mexico. We deliver to 48 states across the US. You'll know the exact shipping cost before you commit — no hidden fees, no surprises. The shipping quote comes with your trailer quote so you see the full picture upfront.

Do you offer financing?

We don't offer direct financing, but many of our clients use personal or business loans from their bank or credit union to finance their trailer. Some have also used SBA microloans. The trailer itself can serve as collateral for many of these loans. We can provide all the documentation your lender needs.

🚛 SHIPPING & LEGALITY

Can the trailer legally drive on US roads?

Yes. Every trailer has NHTSA certification — that's the federal requirement for any trailer on US highways. We deliver all the documentation you need to register your trailer in your state.

How does the trailer cross the border?

We handle the entire export process from Mexico. The trailer crosses the border with all documentation in order. We've done this 500+ times — the process is completely established and smooth. You don't have to worry about customs or paperwork.

Why don't you sell to California or Washington?

California and Washington have additional state-level regulations and certification requirements beyond federal standards. Our trailers meet the certifications required in the other 48 states. If you're in a neighboring state like Nevada, Arizona, or Oregon — we've got you covered.

What permits do I need to operate?

It depends on your state. In Texas, as of July 2026, you need a single statewide Mobile Food Vendor license from DSHS, plus a food manager certification and food handler permits for your staff. In other states, you'll typically need a business license, health department permit, and fire department permit. Cities everywhere control zoning and where you can park. Tell us your city when you order and we'll make sure your trailer is built to match your local checklist.

🔧 AFTER THE SALE

What if something breaks or needs repair?

We offer post-sale support via WhatsApp and phone. If any equipment has an issue, we help you diagnose it and walk you through the fix. All the equipment is standard commercial-grade, so replacement parts are easy to find at any restaurant supply store in the US. Local welding or fabrication shops can also make adjustments to work surfaces and sinks if needed.

Do you offer any warranty?

We stand behind our work. We provide support for any manufacturing or equipment issues that arise after delivery. The commercial equipment in your trailer comes with its own manufacturer warranties. We'll help you with any claims or troubleshooting.

💼 THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Is a food trailer a good investment?

A well-run food trailer can generate $4,000 to $12,000+ per month in revenue. Many of our clients break even in 3-6 months. Compare that to opening a restaurant: $100,000+ just to open the doors, $3,000-$8,000/month in rent before you sell your first plate, and a year or more to break even — if you ever do. A food trailer lets you start small, stay mobile, go where the customers are, and keep your overhead low.

What kind of food can I sell?

Anything. Our trailers have been used for tacos, burgers, pizza, seafood, BBQ, Asian food, ice cream, coffee, acai bowls — you name it. The base kitchen setup works for most menus, and if you need specialized equipment (pizza oven, wok station, smoker), we add it in the Custom package.

Every week without your trailer is money you're not making.

Your competitors are already out there selling. Your trailer can be ready in 2 weeks. What are you waiting for?
